Ask JG, wants $850k, rented for 3k. Notes from Anatalia: I called the owner of this home earlier this year, I believe it was February. She told me they have a tenant in there who has been in there for five years-they’re section 8, and waiting for a voucher from the state to get into another living situation.  I wasn’t permitted to tour the home as the tenant is very concerned about covid exposure. I drove past the home a few times, the exterior is in pretty sad shape, I can’t imagine the interior is much better. I asked if we could do an inspection but the owner was adamant that we needed to wait until the tenant vacated.   Owner suggested the tenant should be out in 3 months (would have been April) but I highly doubt the tenant is motivated to hurry things along. I stopped pursuing it due to all of the uncertainty-but I do know the owner is interested in selling. When? Who knows.
