Rob became a Realtor in South Africa in 1997 and in 2002 started a Real Estate company with his son Sean in Franschhoek about 50 miles from Cape Town. Within a couple of years, they had 4 offices and over 20 agents working for them. In 2009 the company was sold and Rob came to Seattle where he became a Managing Broker with John L. Scott, planting his roots firmly in a community he rapidly came to love, Redmond, WA. Rob's natural ability to connect and communicate with a wide range of clientele is strengthened by his genuine nature and positive outlook along with his passion for travel and experiences living in various countries including South Africa, England, Moçambique and now the USA. Over the years Rob has won numerous awards both in South Africa and with John L Scott in Redmond, and in 2022 Sean re-joined him from South Africa. Together they have united under the King Homes NW banner at Every Door Real Estate. Rob Biden has solidified himself as a trusted authority on the local market, often lending his expertise to large developers on new construction projects as well as specializing in all aspects of residential residences and vacant land. To date he has had over 320 closings helping a large variety of satisfied clients find new homes.
