James Savereux was born in Northern California but has been living in Washington State since the age of three. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, James quickly learned it was a place he wanted to live the rest of his life.

With a past experience working in the escrow side of real estate, James found a passion in connecting with others over the beauty the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

James attended Arizona State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, which laid the groundwork for his sales and marketing career. After the four-year stay in the Southwest, James quickly returned to Washington State to bring his skills to the place he knows best. A career in real estate was a no-brainer for James, being that he loves connecting with new people and showing them what makes the Pacific Northwest an amazing place to call home.

James currently resides in Bellevue, Washington, where he can be found cooking extravagant dinners for his friends and walking his Maltipoo, Dante.
