Jeremy Johnson

Jeremy Johnson is a licensed real estate broker serving clients in Washington and Arizona, with a focus on the Seattle/West Seattle area and Phoenix's West Valley. A certified relocation specialist, he is especially skilled at guiding clients moving between the Pacific Northwest and the Southwest, and he brings deep experience in off-market opportunities and creative deal strategies.

Before real estate, Jeremy spent most of his adult life working hands-on with property. He has owned and operated both a painting company and a landscaping company, fully remodeled investment properties, and invested in residential and commercial real estate. That background gives his clients something rare: an agent who can walk a property and speak knowledgeably about condition, repair costs, and value-add potential. He has also built and led his own real estate team, mentoring agents and developing systems that keep transactions smooth and clients informed. Real estate is a family affair in the Johnson household: his wife has been a mortgage lender for 28 years, giving Jeremy an insider's understanding of financing that helps his clients navigate the lending process with confidence.

Jeremy grew up in a military family, with his father and grandfather both serving in the U.S. Army, and he holds a deep respect for service members and veterans. Outside of work, his most important roles are husband and dad to two boys. He and his family split their time between their homes in West Seattle and Arizona.
