Amanda Chhun

Born and raised in Seattle, Amanda Chhun brings deep local knowledge and a genuine passion for homes throughout the city and greater metro area. Having lived in a wide range of Seattle neighborhoods—from single-family residences to downtown condos—she understands the nuances that make each area unique.

Amanda’s interest in real estate began early, inspired by helping family members navigate homeownership questions across the Seattle metro. With a strong background in art and design, she views homes as the ultimate creative project, blending function, aesthetics, and lifestyle. She has spent years exploring creative outlets including mixed media, drawing, and blown glass, and has participated in nonprofit art projects and formal art classes.

Outside of real estate, Amanda enjoys cooking, discovering new cuisines, and traveling. Recent trips include Cambodia—where she has a large family and can speak some Khmer—as well as Hawaii and Mexico. An active lifestyle is also a priority, with interests spanning snowboarding, surfing, golf, swimming, and biking.
