Cary White

Cary White brings decades of hands-on real estate and lending experience to Every Door Real Estate. He began his career as a mortgage broker in Washington and Nevada in the late 1990s, helping clients navigate financing on both sides of the transaction. From 2000 to 2010, Cary was also a licensed real estate agent in Las Vegas, serving as a Buyers Agent on the Dan DeNuccio Team and guiding clients through the purchase of primary residences and investment properties.

During this time, Cary regularly worked between Washington and Nevada, often assisting clients from loan approval to in-person home tours and escrow. His background also includes purchasing properties at foreclosure auctions in downtown Seattle during the mid-2000s, giving him firsthand insight into investment strategy, risk, and market cycles.

After stepping away from real estate following the 2008 market crash, Cary built a successful career in construction and deck building, where he spent the last seven years working closely with homeowners throughout the Puget Sound region. His return to real estate was intentional and timely. In 2025, while completing coursework at Rockwell Real Estate School and preparing for his Washington State broker exam, Cary connected with Every Door Real Estate and knew it was the right fit.

Cary passed his Washington State Real Estate Broker Exam in December 2025 and is excited to be back in an industry he has always been passionate about. He brings a well-rounded perspective, deep market understanding, and a client-first mindset shaped by real-world experience through multiple market cycles.
