Clay’s journey into real estate began in the fitness industry, where he spent over eight years as a personal trainer and sales professional. While helping clients transform their lives through fitness was incredibly fulfilling, he found himself increasingly drawn to the sales process itself—the strategy, the relationship-building, and the satisfaction of guiding someone through a major life decision with confidence. That realization ultimately led him to pursue a career in real estate.

Rooted in a lifelong passion for helping others, he approaches each transaction with the same dedication and personal investment he once brought to his training clients. Clay attributes his successes to the values his parents instilled in him: treat everyone like a neighbor and always put others first. With over 25 years of life experience in the Pacific Northwest, Clay knows this region inside and out—and loves helping his clients find the perfect community to call home.
