Crystal Hansen has spent the past 20 years living, working, and exploring in Western Washington, and she’s proud to call the region home. Her career in real estate has been a natural evolution from her background as an executive assistant in the Seattle tech industry, as well as in sales and design.

Crystal specializes in helping clients buy, sell, and invest in residential properties throughout the Greater Puget Sound area, but she's always open to expanding her expertise across the beautiful state of Washington—including vacant land projects.

Her commitment to clients is centered on finding the best possible solution tailored to their timeline and goals. Crystal takes on the role of consultant and guide, empowering her clients to stay engaged and informed throughout every step of their real estate journey.

Outside of real estate, Crystal enjoys nurturing her ever-growing collection of houseplants and even launched her own plant business, Bon Vivant Botanical, in 2022. She’s passionate about travel and loves immersing herself in new art, music, and food cultures around the world. Whether at brunch or during a home tour, Crystal brings energy, warmth, and a genuine love for helping others find their place.
