Felicia Martin

Felicia is a lifelong resident of Washington with an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market and the unique neighborhoods that make our state so special. Growing up in a family with military background instilled in her a strong sense of community and dedication—skills and values she carries with her to this day. 

Her father, a general contractor and investor, introduced her to the world of home renovation and real estate investment from a young age. Watching him manage rentals and fix and flip homes ignited her passion for the industry. Now, alongside her husband, who is also in the construction field, she brings a wealth of knowledge about homes and the intricacies of construction that can help her clients make informed decisions.

Before diving into real estate, Felicia worked in Human Resources, where she honed her skills in communication and relationship-building. This experience provided her with valuable insights into the importance of understanding client needs and fostering trust.

Outside of work, Felicia is passionate about exploring the breathtaking landscapes of the Pacific Northwest. Hiking in the great outdoors not only fuels her love for nature but also deepens her appreciation for all that the region has to offer. She enjoys trying new restaurants, always searching for the latest culinary gems to share with friends and family. Additionally, her love for international travel enriches her perspective and fuels her drive to help clients from all walks of life find their perfect home.
