Felicia is a lifelong resident of Washington with an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market and the unique neighborhoods that make our state so special. Her father, a general contractor and investor, introduced her to the world of home renovation and real estate investment from a young age. Watching him manage rentals and fix and flip homes ignited her passion for the industry. Alongside her husband, who is also in the construction field, she has a wealth of knowledge on the intricacies of home renovation.

Before diving into real estate, Felicia worked in Human Resources, where she honed her skills in communication and relationship-building. Outside of work, Felicia is passionate about exploring the breathtaking landscapes of the Pacific Northwest. Hiking in the great outdoors deepens her appreciation for all that the region has to offer. She enjoys trying new restaurants, always searching for the latest culinary gems to share with friends and family. 

With a genuine passion for helping others, her goal is to make the real estate process enjoyable and stress-free. Leveraging her background and local expertise, she strives to ensure that every real estate experience is nothing short of exceptional.
