Garrett Smith

Seattle-born and raised, Garrett brings a passion and joy to helping people achieve their real estate goals. He is an excellent communicator who has a lifetime of knowledge of Seattle and its unique neighborhoods. Garrett brings an honest, compassionate, and direct approach to his clients that’s based on data and protecting their interests. Garrett isn’t just a real estate agent; he’s a problem solver who can provide the deft touch needed to navigate today’s market. Above all, he relishes getting to know people and providing them with the personalized service they want and deserve.

Garrett also lived in Stockholm, Sweden for ten years, returning home to be closer to family in August of 2023. As a former immigrant himself, he understands more than most what it’s like starting life in a new place, learning a new culture, and building relationships all from scratch.

Garrett is also a musician who has played in the Seattle scene since the late ’90s, as well as playing in and leading his own bands around Stockholm. He also enjoys weightlifting, scuba diving, and spending time with his young children.
