Hana Hawley

For much of her life, Hana Hawley has been searching for, and creating, a sense of home.

Born in Korea and adopted at age seven, Hana has lived everywhere from the Midwest to Nashville, Los Angeles, Tokyo, and now the Pacific Northwest. Along the way, she learned that home is about more than a house. It's where we build community, weather life's transitions, and create the life we want to live.

Hana first worked in real estate in Nashville from 2006 to 2010, helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most challenging housing markets in recent history. What she loved most wasn't the transaction itself—it was helping people move through important life changes with confidence and clarity.

After moving to Seattle following her divorce, Hana experienced firsthand what many of her clients face: starting over, building new relationships, and creating a life from scratch. Purchasing a home in Burien's Three Tree Point neighborhood gave her a renewed appreciation for the stability, connection, and possibility that homeownership can provide.

Known for her calm approach, strong communication, and genuine care for others, Hana believes every client deserves an advocate who listens well, understands their goals, and helps them move forward with confidence.

Hana works alongside her partner, Sean So who brings more than a decade of real estate experience to the team. Together, they combine personalized service, trusted guidance, and a shared commitment to helping clients find not just a house, but a place to belong.
