Born and raised in Tacoma, Jerad moved to Seattle in 2007 to attend the University of Washington, where he earned a degree in Law, Societies, and Justice. His academic background strengthened his analytical thinking and legal reasoning skills, which now play an important role in the way he approaches real estate transactions and property valuation.

Jerad launched his real estate career in 2013 and established his roots in Seattle, where he and his wife began their family. Recently, they made the move back to University Place in Tacoma after outgrowing their home—especially with twins on the way.

Now part of Every Door Real Estate, Jerad is excited to work alongside a dynamic, hyper-local team known for innovative strategies, personalized support, and a dedicated operations staff that delivers next-level service from start to finish.
