Today, Joshua specializes in serving the Eastside—with a deep focus on his home in the Snoqualmie Valley—offering affluent clients both traditional market excellence and highly discreet access to exclusive, off-market properties.

Though his early journey started in Colorado and Arizona, Washington is where Joshua's roots are planted. He is a proud Mount Si High School and Bellevue College alumnus. Growing up in an equestrian family showing horses taught him the enduring values of hard work and land stewardship. Having also owned and managed a 13-acre farm with 43 animals, he brings a highly intimate, hands-on understanding to clients seeking equestrian estates and luxury acreage.

Joshua's real estate acumen is backed by his background as a serial entrepreneur and an appearance on the television show The Real American Dream.
