Working alongside his father, he helped build a successful family franchise that expanded into four geographic branches. This early foundation led Sean to earn a postgraduate degree in Business and transition into corporate real estate, where he managed some of the largest regions in South Africa for the country’s most prominent firms.

While the corporate sector provided scale and structure, Sean’s true passion has always been the art of the deal and the personal impact of brokerage. Now a Managing Broker in Washington State, he brings more than two decades of international negotiation experience and high-stakes management to clients throughout the Pacific Northwest.
