12. California Residents

  • Minors: California residents under 18 with registered accounts may request removal of content they publicly post by contacting [email protected] with their account email and a statement of residency. Note that data may not be fully removed from all systems.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Seattle, Washington, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately, and any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
